Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
A booking is considered confirmed only once a deposit has been received.
Liamara Estate reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

2. Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event or arrival.
Payments can be made via EFT, credit card, or other methods as agreed.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Depending on notice period, partial refunds may apply (see individual package agreements).
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), Liamara Estate may reschedule or cancel the event with full credit toward a future booking.

4. Changes to Booking

Any changes to dates, numbers, or services must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after confirmation.

5. Conduct & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Liamara Estate reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior endangers safety, property, or the enjoyment of others. Clients are liable for any damage caused to estate property by guests.

6. Services & Pricing

All services, packages, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The estate strives to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee continuous accuracy.
Any promotional or package pricing applies only within the specified terms and dates.

7. Liability

Liamara Estate will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during events, stays, or use of estate facilities, except where required by law.
Clients use estate facilities at their own risk.
Personal property brought on site is the responsibility of the client or guest.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, logos, and marketing material are property of Liamara Estate.
No material may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking or enquiries will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (POPIA-compliant).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from bookings or services shall be submitted to the competent courts in East London, Eastern Cape.

11. Acceptance

By confirming a booking or using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
